Mickelson wins 2010 Masters

April 11, 2010

Woods didn’t win his fifth Masters after his sixth month break from the game, but the best Lefty in golf Phil Mickelson won by three strokes on today.

This is his third Masters victory, and his fourth major championship.

Tiger wears his Sunday Red Polo, while Mickelson goes with the all black style, which is starting to become his signature.

He has 38 PGA tour victories, seven European tour wins, and has finished in the top 3 in six other majors.

I think people will realize he is one of the top 15 golfers to ever play the game, if not higher.

He had no bogey’s and five birdies in his final round.

It was a great victory for him because his wife has not been in person to see him play for over 10 months because of her breast cancer, but was right there at the 18th hole after he birdied the hole to cap off another win.

Although the attention was to Tiger this week, Mickelson’s consistency with his short game and poise under pressure gave him a great victory today.
